PASO 1 : DESCARGAR WINPROLADDER

First we gonna download the free Software Winproladder

PASO 3: Hardware and Software

Let's analyze the most important elements to start a simple project

The necessary hardware are:



PASO 4: Programming in Winrpoladder

Gonna see the main instructions and how to use the Software

First we must to create a Project, select the Hardware CPU that will use

Now begin to add basic instructions, Start (NO) "X0", Stop (button NC, NO in fatek) "X1" and a Output as Contactor or Realy "Y0"

If we don't use a open contact -| |- from Output "Y0" the electrical signal won't have "retention"

PASO 5: Communicating PLC Fatek and PC

It's the time to Communicate PLC Fatek by COM Serial RS232 and USB

Now we have our simple program OK; go to PLC => On-line and the Software shows a connection screen wherer Serial RS232 is by default; the Fatek uses RS232 as the main communication port; not all PCs have DB9 connection


Before last connection we have to verify if we have all the Right Drivers, the Serial-USB uses a CH340 Driver, go to Device Manager and if we have our PLC connected (and turned on) between PLC and PC, you can see the list of COM PORTS and LPT

If we are OK; back to Winproladder and select "Autocheck"; we can see a screen where we can verify the Port COM 3 is the same that we have seen in "Manager Device"; Software has recognized the Port..... and So, Let's click and Start

Finally go to RUN and it asks if we are ready to start; Of course if we are sure!

Every Time we have modified the programm, you must Upload the program in "On-line"!!!

If you find a error between Communication PC and PLC like this:

The PLC that you have selected in the beginning of the project, is not the same you have connected!

    PLC Software Fatek is 100% free and you can download free Download Winproladder from FATEK Webpage remmeber you must to register, Software is only available in english

  2. How is the communication between PC and PLC Fatek?
    PLC Fatek by default have a Communication Port RS232 (Serial Communication) and you can find it in Fatek CPU; To communicate we MUST to have the cable Fatek Serial Cable with Output connection DB9; and if our PC don't have that Port, we must to consideer a Manhattan Cable DB9-USB with the Driver Serial CH340 LINK CH340

  3. Can Communicate my PLC Fatek by ETHERNET (IP)?
