Why Can't Communicate PLC Logo and Computer

ANSWER
The Computer and PLC Logo! have communication via Ethernet, it means via IP over a LAN, both with Public IPs in same Subnetwork with different number device, sometimes the error is a configuration wrong
Possible Connection Errors:
- Computer and PLC in different Subnetwork
- Computer is configured "Automatic IP"
- Network cable patch cord is not right connected between PC and PLC
- Fail in Network Cable RJ45s
- While Software was installing for first time, it showed some error messaage
Possible Solutions:
- Review IP in PLC Logo Network => IP Address => 192.168.X.x
- Review now if PC is in same Network, go "Network and Sharing Center" --> Change Adapter Settings --> Ethernet/Realtek/other --> Propierties --> Internet Protocol Version 4 TCP/IPv4 and change IP to same Sub Network PLC with other last number device 192.168.0.5(example)
- If you have both devices in same subnetwork try with other Patch Cord RJ45 Cable
- If while you was installing Software in your PC and it showed a message we recommend you uninstall and install again the Softwware and catch message, maybe your PC need a upgrade to run Logo Soft Comfort, Connect with Logo is easy, this option is the last to get
